NOTICE is hereby given that on 29th October 2018 a Petition by Michael James Meston Reid, as Permanent Trustee of the Sequestrated Estate of Gareth M. Wood was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia to order that Vagabond Nomad Limited, Company Number SC184682, registered office address Attic Flat, 9 Brebner Court, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB11 5BQ be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 31st October 2018 Ref:ABE-L56-18, ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted.
