At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG on 15 February 2021 at 10.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth (IP No. 9470) of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”

At a virtual meeting of creditors held on 15 February 2021 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Philip Booth and Christopber Purkiss as Joint Liquidators and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done.
