Notice is hereby given that on Thursday 29 September 2022, at 09:00 a Petition was presented to Sheriff Reid at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA by BARCLAYS BANK UK PLC, 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up UVR (SCOTLAND) LIMITED (Company Number: SC650978) having its registered office at 248 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1NG, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Thursday 06 October 2022 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said UVR (SCOTLAND) LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
