Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Wiseglass (IP No. 9525) of Inquesta Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, St John’s Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester, M26 1LS be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held by the creditors, Ian McCulloch and Mark Nicholas Ranson of Opus Restructuring LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators and Stephen Wiseglass of Inquesta Corporate Recovery & Insolvency was given his release.
