At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 9 October 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Mark Bowen be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

The subsequent meeting of creditors was adjourned by the chair until 16 October 2018; the appointment of a Liquidator will be confirmed by creditors at this meeting.
