At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 14 November 2017 at 10:10.A.M at Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, West Yorkshire, LS20 9AT the following Resolutions were duly passed:That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philippa Smith and Kate Elizabeth Breese of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Street, Guiseley, LS20 9AT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that the Joint Liquidators act jointly and severally for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up. That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide and distribute amongst the members, in specie or in kind, the whole or any part of the assets of the company, and to determine how such division and distribution shall be carried out as between the members.
