"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Fish (IP No. 021390) and Alan Brian Coleman (IP No. 009402) both of Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery LLP, Regency House, 45-53 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
