“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”
