Notice is hereby given that on 8 February 2019 a Petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by Stephanie Mundy, Chairperson of Urban Fox Hospitality Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Urban Fox Hospitality Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC502819) and having its Registered Office at No22 Bar & Grill, Beresford Terrace, Ayr, Scotland, KA7 2EG be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, be appointed as provisional liquidators by Interlocutor dated 8th February 2019 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Ayr Sheriff Court, Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 1EE, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
