Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 31 March 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) both of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
