At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 9:45 am on 6 January 2021, the following Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”

At the meeting of creditors duly convened and held at 10:00 am on 6 January 2021, creditors resolved: "That Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up."
