Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Michael Chamberlain has been appointed Liquidator of the above named company by the Secretary of State.

A general meeting of creditors will be held, under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ on 9 June 2016 at 11:00 am for the purpose of determining (together with any meeting of contributories) whether a liquidation committee should be established under that section. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs at Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. In the absence of a committee a resolution will be put to creditors to approve the Liquidator's remuneration.
