At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at The Office Group, 20 Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington Station, London LW2 6LG on 30 September 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

"That Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."

It was further resolved that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
