I, Barry John Stewart, of 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LY, (IP No: 9450), hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23(7)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that I was appointed Liquidator of the Company by deemed consent of creditors on 20 April 2020. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to issue a contributories’ decision procedure solely for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, unless I am requested to do so in terms of Rule 10.6(2). All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
