NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of ICC Judge Burton dated 25 November 2021 Danny Dartnaill and Matthew Tait, the Joint Liquidators of United Land Acquisitions Ltd, have been granted permission by the court to sell the Land at New Road Farm, Sandridge Road, Melksham. Pursuant to the order of ICC Judge Jones dated 16 June 2022, any individual or entity who may claim to have an interest in the land, to have acquired a part of the land or to be a plotholder must send their full name and address, together with full particulars of their debt or claim to the Joint Liquidators at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, L2 5RH by the bar date, being 16 December 2022.

If those claiming to have an interest in the land default in providing such claim or contact details by 16 December 2022, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made from the sale of the Land at New Road Farm, Sandridge Road, Melksham.
