Notice is given by Vincent John Green (IP No. 9416) and Mark Newman (IP No. 008723) both of CCW Recovery Solutions, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EE the Joint Liquidators of United Balloon & Gas Company Limited, that we intend declaring a first and final distribution of the prescribed part to the unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before the close of business on 25 August 2017, the last date for proving, to submit their claims to us at the following address, CCW Recovery Solutions, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EE and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.
