"That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding-up."
