At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held via Zoom on 27 February 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) and Simon Wesley Hicks (IP No. 13450) both of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
