Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors at the request of a creditor under Section 171(2)(b) of The Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of passing the following resolution: "That James Stephen Pretty, Joint Liquidator, be removed."
