"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Birne (IP No. 9034) and Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) both of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
