"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) of PCR (London) LLP, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX and Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
