Notice is hereby given that on 21 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Jedburgh by Underwood & Sons Electrical Services Ltd, having its registered office at Academy House, Shedden Park Road, Kelso, Roxburghshire TD5 7AL (“the Company”) craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 21 March 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Court at Jedburgh, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
