Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 January 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, Unit F10, 1A Mills Way, Boscombe Down Business Park, Amesbury, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP4 7RX be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
