At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, 2nd Floor, London W1D 5EU on 28 May 2021 at 9.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
