At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1 Farnham Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4RG on 15 April 2019 at 4.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Hall (IP No. 20190) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
