“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Terry Evans and Simon Lowes, both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridian Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ, (IP Nos. 6416 and 9194) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
