At a general meeting of the above named Company held at Innovation House, Ramsgate Road, Sandwich, CT13 9FF on 16 June 2022 at 11.00 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
