At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 40 Clarence Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LQ on 11 July 2018, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 2 Axon, Commerce Road, Lynchwood, Peterborough PE2 6LR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator, may be done by all or any one of them.”
