A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Ultimate Leisure Homes Limited (09920466) of 17-19 Parliament Street, Hull, HU1 2BH, 17 Parliament Street, Hull, HU1 2BH (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Friday 27 March 2020, at 16:00 by LEISURE FURNISHINGS LIMITED, of R/o Unit 4, Meadow Brooks Business Park, Meadow Lane, Long Eaton, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG10 2GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Liverpool, Insolvency and Companies List (Chd), Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX on Tuesday 28 July 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
