1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Deviesh Ramesh Raikundalia and Situl Devji Raithatha, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, both of Springfields Advisory LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ,and 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GS, respectively, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”
