At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at 353A Old Birmingham Road, Lickey, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 1NX on 3 December 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ be and he is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purpose of the winding up.”
