“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) and Thomas Gardiner (IP No. 17990) both of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
