A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 32 The Crescent, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 1AF, presented on 21 November 2016 by FAIRMONT POLYMERS (UK) LIMITED, of HM 3.5, Holmfield Mills, Holdsworth Road, Halifax HX6 6SN (Company No. 06061822), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Leeds District Registry, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 3BG, on 13 December 2016, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
