Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Peterhead Sheriff Court by UK Plant & Diamond Drilling Limited craving the Court inter alia that UK Plant & Diamond Drilling Limited having its registered office at 8 Church Street, New Pitsligo, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, AB43 6NP be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10 – 14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed as joint provisional liquidators and after service, intimation and advertisement joint interim liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29 August 2019 appointed the said Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, aforesaid, as joint provisional liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
