Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring LLP, 1 St James' Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4AD on 3 October 2017 the following special resolution and ordinary resolution was passed:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Matthew Higgins (IP No. 13570) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
