At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Village Hotel, Captain Clarke Road, Hyde, SK14 4QG on 17 February 2017 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as an Ordinary Resolution and a Special Resolution respectively:

“That Jonathan Amor, of A.M. Insolvency Limited, The Portergate, Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11 8NX, (IP No. 17770), be and hereby is appointed Liquidator and that it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and the company be wound up voluntarily.”
