A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 125 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N18 2XF, presented by TRANS GLOBAL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT LIMITED TRADING AS GEMINI FREIGHT MANAGEMENT whose registered office address is situate at Woodlands, 79 High Street, Greenhithe, Kent, DA9 9RD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 10 December 2018 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 29 January 2019.
