“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them.”
