“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) and Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) both of PCR (London) LLP, Unit 39, The Joiners Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
