A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR presented on the 8 November 2022 by PB Grape Limited (In Administration), acting by its Joint Administrators, Mr. Milan Vuceljic and Mr. Michael Stephen Elliot Solomons of Moorfields Advisory Limited of 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on the 21 December 2022 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on the 20 December 2022.
