A petition to wind up the above-named company Uavend Bonds Limited (company number 09976659) (“the Company”) of The Control Tower Mill Lane, Binfield, Newport, England, PO30 2LA presented on 24 January 2023 by the FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME of 10th Floor, Beaufort House, 15 St Botolph Street, London EC3A 7QU claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 14 March 2023 at 10.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must deliver a notice of intention to appear to the Petitioner (or the Petitioner’s solicitor) in accordance with requirements of rule 7.14 by not later than 4pm on 13 March 2023.
