"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky and Michael Goldstein both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

The appointment of Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, together with Natasha Brodie (IP No. 19490) and Adam Harris (IP No. 15454) of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU as joint liquidators was confirmed by the creditors on the same day.
