A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Tynton Management Limited (11961458) of Hartham Park, Hartham Lane, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 0RP, whose nature of business is Management consultancy activities other than financial management, presented on Monday 18 October 2021, at 13:36 by NCM FUND SERVICES LIMITED, of 7 Melville Crescent, Edinburgh EH2 3AH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 20 December 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
