A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company Tychicus Connect Limited (10498961) of 13a Saffron Way, Leicester, LE2 6UP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is manufacture of plastic plates, sheets, tubes and profiles, presented on 8 October 2020 at 10.00 am by Banyan Developments Limited (In Liquidation), of Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 1TY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 2 December 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
