Meantime, a Provisional Liquidator be appointed; the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 20 July 2018 appointed KENNETH WILSON PATTULLO and KENNETH ROBERT CRAIG both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, as Joint Provisional Liquidators with powers contained in Paras 4 & 5 of Part II & III of Sch 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordained any party with an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
