At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Via del Commercio 32, 41012, Carpi, Italy on 29 March 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
