At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ on 16 November 2021 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) and Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
