At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191 - 195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL, on 15 March 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”.

Ordinary Resolution

“That Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 15 March 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Nicholas Barnett as liquidator.
