Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened at 17 Berkeley Mews, 29 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1DY on 21 April 2017 a special resolution was passed that the Company be wound up voluntarily: and a resolution was passed appointing Michael Patrick Durkan as Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up. The Joint Liquidators, Ian Richardson (IP No. 9580) and Kevin Hellard (IP No. 8833) both of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 4 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3EB were subsequently appointed by the creditors.
