We, Ian William Wright and Scott Milne, Joint Administrators, hereby give notice that a Meeting of Creditors of the above company is to be held by correspondence pursuant to Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

The resolutions to be considered at said Meeting will include a request to make a determination in respect of the amount of outlays and remuneration payable to the Joint Administrator's for the first six month period. The work undertaken has been detailed in the Proposals and Progress Report previously issued to Creditors.

The closing date for voting on the resolutions being considered at said Meeting is 10 May 2017. Please therefore complete and return the previously issued resolution sheet to me, together with any additional comments you may wish to make, by that date. In order to be considered, votes and comments must also be accompanied by a statement of claim and account or voucher evidencing the debt due. A further statement of claim or resolution sheet can be provided to you on request.

Creditors, whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to vote providing that their claims and proxies have been lodged beforehand at the undernoted address. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Administration is 9 September 2016.

Any creditor, or group of creditors, whose debt(s) amount to at least 10% of the total debts of the company may, within 5 business days of the date of this notice, require me to summon a creditor's meeting to consider the resolutions.
